Rosa Cottage, Brancaster
Welcome to our Norfolk Home
*
      *

For the past 13 years we have welcomed hundreds of lovely people to our Brancaster home, many returning time after time and whilst we shall be sorry to see old Rosa (right) go, we have exciting plans for new Rosa and the time has arrived!

We love the location, very peaceful yet close to the heart of the village so moving isn't an option.

The winter of 2017/18 will see Rosa grow into a modern and beautiful new property for up to 8 guests

To the left you can see our plans for our new Rosa, an extension to the south of the existing property with a beautiful kitchen, dining and living area overlooking the south facing garden. There will be bifold doors opening onto the sunny patio and a full height vaulted ceiling with a sleeping gallery offering far reaching views over the open countryside and wonderful sunsets.

The enclosed rear patio will remain and is perfect for dogs to dry off after a run on the beach

There are two well-stocked general stores within two miles of Rosa Cottage which stands at the end of a pretty, very narrow lane. The Norfolk Coastal footpath passes the door. The Village Pub offers good food and welcomes children. There are numerous high quality restaurants on your doorstep. There is a sailing school at Brancaster Staithe and the Royal West Norfolk Golf Course is at Brancaster. Burnham Market is about 4 miles away and has around 40 attractive shops.

Rosa Cottage was purchased by us in 2004. It is a home from home, you will find tea, coffee, etc in the cupboards which you are welcome to use provided that you replace it before you depart! The cottage is at the end of a narrow lane with open farmland to the South and West. The lane is part of the North Norfolk Coastal path and all that you are liking to see passing the door are walkers, dogs and the occasional tractor. The house and garden are ideal for guests with children or dogs as the rear of the cottage is enclosed.

Rosa Cottage is 'a home from home'. The owner loves it and hopes you will also love and respect it. There is a Digital TV and recorder with DVD to make your stay more enjoyable. If you need to keep in touch with the world outside of Norfolk, free Wireless Broadband is available.

Well-behaved children and dogs (max 2) are very welcome. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottage

Most importantly..... it is less than a mile to walk to our beautiful beach!
